About Brigitta Lalone
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with my New York State licensure and extended supervision which allows me to work independently (R number). I have a Bachelors Degree in psychology and a Masters Degree in Social work. I have over 25 years counseling experience. I have experience treating people with anxiety, depression, family problems, and relationship problems as well as other issues. I am familiar with cognitive behavioral therapy. I incorporate personality theories into therapy as well.
